Mother Nature never considered the coal, oil, and gas as fossil-fuels.
Plants consume H2O for photosynthesis and most importantly they consume CO2, and produce hydrocarbonates... There is stil plenty of water (H2O) on the planet. It is the CO2 what has been dangerously depleted by photosynthesis and has been accumulated in the earth as the coal, oil, and gas. Mother Nature never considered accumulated in the earth as the coal, oil, and gas hydrocarbonates as fossil-fuels. Life on Earth was on the edge of ecological catastrophe - it was the appearance of humans with the fire ignition skills who started burning fuels and releasing the so much necessary for photosynthesis CO2 back into the carbon cycle - back into the life's cycle. - https://www.cristos-vournas.com Grok: Christos Vournas @CVournas44116 · 7h Mother Nature never considered the coal, oil, a... https://cristos-vournas.com/blog/mother-nature-never-considered-the-coal-oil-and-ga… Thought for 11s Christos Vournas, a mechanical engineer, posted a link to his August 13, 2026 blog entry titled "Mothe

Initial Premise Test
Christos Vournas @CVournas44116 · 30m Initial Premise Test https://cristos-vournas.com/blog/initial-premise-test… Thought for 11s The X post by mechanical engineer Christos Vournas links to his blog post "Initial Premise Test," which tests the basic assumption that planetary surface temperatures scale solely with the fourth root of incoming solar flux for identical bodies. The test normalizes temperatures of solar system bodies (planets and moons) to Earth's solar flux distance, then successively adjusts for albedo, rotational warming via (N*cp)^{1/16}, and a solar irradiation accepting factor Φ (~0.47 for smooth surfaces accounting for specular reflection), causing measured temperatures to converge tightly around Earth's 288 K. Vournas uses this to argue that factors like surface roughness, rotation rate, and heat capacity explain temperature differences across bodies more than atmospheric effects, challenging standard greenhouse models with data tables showing residuals under 3% aft

Venus has a two hundred eighty thousand (280 000) times more CO2 in its atmosphere.
Atmosphere is very thin to play a role of a warming blanket. Atmosphere is not able to warm Earth’s surface. Unfortunatelly, when Earth’s surface temperature (288K) is compared with the surface temperature of the airless Moon (220K), some climatologists still claim it warms surface by +68°C! Opponent: Christos, Christos, Christos, explain this fact: “Venus is much hotter than Mercury, despite being further from the Sun. Venus has a surface temperature hot enough to melt lead. This high temperature is due to a thick greenhouse atmosphere that traps heat, whereas Mercury has no atmosphere to hold onto solar energy.” I look forward to your tortured response. - Answer: Thank you for your response. When comparing Venus' atmosphere vs Earth's "This high temperature is due to a thick greenhouse atmosphere that traps heat, whereas Mercury has no atmosphere to hold onto solar energy." Atmosphere doesn't play a role of a warming blanket.
Good evening everyone! Wishing you health, happiness and prosperity! I am still working 24/7 as an Independent Researcher - explaining the obvious things. Here it is my latest post, simple but unfortunatelly does not yet acceptable by the wide scientifical consensus: Atmosphere is very thin. Atmosphere doesn't play a role of a warming blanket. The CO2 content (~0,042% or 1 CO2 molecule vs 2500 air molecules) is an infinitesimally small amount in an already thin atmosphere. Earth's heat absorption is overestimated.
Good evening! I think thermodynamics is about gases in closed systems. The air is rarer the higher you go. When warmed by contact with the ground, air becomes lighter. Yet it cannot reach too high, because up there the air is less dence. Gases in the smog chimneys get warmed not from the sun - you know that - it is the combustion, not the radiation. The average surface temperature is not a remperature per ce. A surface doesn't emit at average temperature. When under the sun surface induced a local higher temperature. And when under the sun, surface emits more intensively. This local temperature also is measured and added to the total summ, but it is not the result of heat acculation and warming, it is an induced temperature, because of the SW /surface interaction process. The planet surface effective temperature also is not temperature - it is a mathematical abstraction. A planet doesn't emit at that temperature. Also, the heat absorbed by a planet or moon every given moment is very mu

"What ‘portion’ of the ‘sunlight’ reaches the surface of the Earth?" Opponent: “Physics requires energy conservation over the entire object, not only the lit part. “Skeptics” see sunlight illuminating a disk of area πR² and assume that the rest of the sphere somehow “does not count.” But the laws of physics require that what is absorbed by the illuminated portion must, in steady state, be balanced by emission from the entire planet’s surface area, 4πR².” (Emphasis added) – Answer: Please, define, what is absorbed by the illuminated portion??? – Opponent: "What ‘portion’ of the ‘sunlight’ reaches the surface of the Earth?" - Answer: Thank you, for your response. “What ‘portion’ of the ‘sunlight’ reaches the surface of the Earth?” What reaches the surface of the Earth is 70%, because the clouds’ Albedo is ~0,3. What interacts with surface is 70% *0,47 = 32,9% , because there is a strong specular reflection from Earth’s surface. There is also a significant the immediate IR EM energy emiss

Christos Vournas’ X post links to his blog,http://cristos-vournas.com, where his "Rotational Warming Phenomenon" theory, arguing that Earth’s higher temperature compared to Moon results from its faster rotation and higher surface heat capacity (N*cp), not from Warming Effects from Atmosphere.
